A boutique style 3 bedroom holiday home at Burrill Lake near Milton-Ulladulla. Situated close to the lake and a short stroll to the beach and several shops within the tranquillity of the South Coast of NSW, it offers guests comfort, privacy and exceptional value for money.
Upstairs comprises the main bedroom (BIR), large bathroom, kitchen (with jarrah benchtop and dishwasher) and bright living areas. The dining room seats 8 and there is a separate TV room with a widescreen High Definition TV. Pigeonhouse Mountain is seen from the kitchen, covered entertaining deck (with 8-seat table and hooded gas barbeque) and lounge room.
Downstairs, the property features two bedrooms - one with double bed, the other with two singles. The large rumpus room, with futon and its own TV and DVD player, opens on to the front paved area. There is a large modern laundry and second bathroom. Sliding door access leads to an expansive timber decking out the back, leading to well-shaded lawn with several seating areas nestled in the secluded landscaped gardens.
